What type of glass is used in the watches?
All of our watches use sapphire crystal. Sapphire rates 9 on the Mohs scale — for context, diamond is the hardest material, at 10.
Sapphire crystal is without doubt the most scratch-resistant watch glass on the market. A scratch-resistant dial is always useful, particularly if you travel often or wear the watch daily.
Another advantage of sapphire crystal is the clarity it gives the dial, which means legibility on sapphire-glass watches is excellent.
Will I receive a tracking number?
After the order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 days for it to move from the warehouse to the quality-control department, where it is thoroughly inspected and then dispatched. After that, you will receive an EMS/DHL tracking number by email.
Delivery time for the watch is 5 to 15 business days.
Does the watch come with the brand box and documents?

Are the watches waterproof or water resistant?
Our watches are only water-resistant!
Does the seconds hand sweep smoothly or tick?
Since all of our movements are automatic, the seconds hand sweeps smoothly. The frequency depends on the watch calibre, but most calibres run at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
Do the watches have a ceramic bezel?
If the genuine watch has a ceramic bezel, the bezel on our model will also be made of ceramic.
