Cavalieri Fine Timepieces sells Superclone 1:1 watches: pieces built to reproduce the materials, mechanism and finish of well-known reference designs. By placing an order you confirm you understand this and are not purchasing a watch manufactured by the original brand.
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order where stock, payment verification or delivery address checks make fulfilment impossible, in which case you are refunded in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
All prices are shown in United States dollars and include free insured shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we accept the card and wallet methods displayed at checkout.
Where a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer either the corrected price or a full refund.
Your order includes an approval step: we photograph the exact watch assigned to you within 2 to 6 days and send the images to you. Dispatch proceeds only after your approval, and you may request a different unit or a full refund at that stage.
Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by the dedicated pages on this site, which form part of these terms. In summary: free insured worldwide shipping, 14 days to return after delivery, and a two-year international warranty.
We describe materials, movements and dimensions as accurately as we can. Photography and screen calibration can affect perceived colour, and small variations between individual units are inherent to hand assembly.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
