Customer Care

Two-year warranty

Coverage in writing on the movement, the finish and the bracelet hardware — for two years, anywhere in the world.

What the warranty covers

Two years from the date of delivery, worldwide. Coverage includes the automatic movement and its functions, the case and dial finish, the crystal seating, the crown and pushers, and the bracelet, clasp and end links.

If a covered fault appears, we repair the piece, replace the affected component, or replace the watch entirely — whichever restores it properly. Return shipping in both directions is on us.

What it does not cover

Normal wear such as surface scratches on steel or bracelet stretch from daily use. Impact damage, crushed cases and broken crystals from a fall.

Water damage where the crown was left unscrewed, or where the watch was used beyond the water resistance stated on its product page. Any watch opened or serviced by a third party.

How to make a claim

Email sac@cavalieriwatches.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video showing it. Most claims are diagnosed from that alone.

If the watch needs to come back to us, client care sends a prepaid, insured label. We keep you updated at every step and confirm before any work begins.

Accuracy expectations

A cloned Swiss-architecture automatic calibre typically runs within roughly -10 to +20 seconds per day depending on how it is worn and stored. Movements can be regulated under warranty if a piece falls well outside that window.

Care that keeps the warranty intact

Screw the crown fully home before contact with water. Keep the watch away from strong magnets, extreme heat and solvents. Rinse steel with fresh water after exposure to salt water and dry it before storing.

Wearing the watch regularly, or keeping it on a winder, is the simplest way to keep an automatic movement healthy.
